1. 2. Return Policy:  All our Mega Genius products are guaranteed to be free of defaults in materials and workmanship or your money back.

3. All lectures are air mailed from our shipping facilities in the State of Florida, in the United States, normally within 24 hours of when you place your order.  Often they are mailed the same day.  As soon as your lectures are shipped, we will send you an e-mail, so that you know.

4. If you live in the United States, it will normally take about 2 - 3 days from the time that we ship them.  Outside the U.S., an air mail package usually takes about 7 - 10 business days, depending on the customs procedures of the recipient's country.  Occasionally, it may take slightly longer.

5. The rise will be directly proportional to the extent to which you apply the formula.

6. Our customer satisfaction rate is higher than 99.9 percent.  Since we began doing business, in 2001, we have received only one complaint from a customer about the workability of the lectures, and none about the "Ask Mega Genius^® " Option.  However, that single customer who expressed dissatisfaction has subsequently, and repeatedly, ordered more products from us.  (Your guess is as good as ours.)

Update: On 25 December 2006, we received an e-mail from the gentleman who had expressed dissatisfaction.  He wrote that although his mind originally had been too filled with misunderstanding to discover the value of the Mega Genius^® Lectures, he has subsequently found enough truth in them to say honestly that he is now happy with them.

Accordingly, as of that date, our customer satisfaction rate is 100 percent.

7. Yes, in fact, it is even safer to order online with us than when you normally use a credit card in person.  When you place an order on our site, all the information that you send is encrypted through Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).  This advanced technology encodes your order information that is being sent over the internet between your computer and our company, preventing it from being accessed or read by any third party.  Only we can decipher the information.  Ordering is safe, secure and confidential.  (If you are still concerned about ordering online, just e-mail us at this link and we will be happy to walk you through the easy procedure of ordering through your postal system.)

8. The "State" field is not a required field, so if you live in a country without states, just leave it blank and your order will be accepted.

9. Additional personal information about Mega Genius^® is available in “The Mega Genius^® Lectures.”  However, since his release of the lectures, he has received death threats (from a few people who do not want the lectures to be available to the public), which law enforcement authorities and the judicial system have promptly addressed.

Accordingly, Mega Genius^® has subsequently used various means to control and limit the publication of personal information about him in the news media and on the internet, including the use of disinformation about his current residences, merely to ensure the safety of himself and his property.  Consequently, most of the personal information about him that anonymous sources have published on the internet is based on that disinformation and is false.  Accurate personal information today, beyond that which is available on this Web site and in the Mega Genius^® Lectures, is being made available only on a need-to-know basis.

10. To add any unique delivery information to your order, just type your request in the area that is provided for comments on your order form.

11. We accept Visa, MasterCard^® and Discover^® Cards.

12.  You will need to abbreviate your address.  You have two fields in which to enter most of your address: the "Address 1" field and the "Address 2" field.  Each field can accept 30 characters, maximum.  If you attempt to enter more than 30 characters in either field, you will receive a red "Payment Processing Error" message, indicating that there is an error in your zip code, credit card number, or credit card expiration date.  That, however, is most likely false.  You merely need to shorten  your address or, if necessary, use both address fields, so that you do not exceed 30 characters in either field.  The false message about your zip code and credit card, that you receive if you exceed 30 characters in either address field, is a technical flaw.  It is an error in the software of the credit card payment processing company that we use, which is the world's largest payment solutions company, used by more than 541,000 other merchants.  We hope that the company corrects its flaw soon.
